That's right! Getting somewhat smart. We should regulate it and tax it if anything. Not create a lucrative market for all kinds of organized crime. Besides the fact that we allow all kinds of worse drugs to be sold! Someone using weed is not a criminal, all criminal punishments should be taken away. Someone that speeds isn't a criminal, they are given a fine, not a jail sentence.
